1. Legal basis and purposes of the processing

CTIF-CFI is in charge of processing suspicious financial facts and transactions linked to money laundering and terrorism financing reported by institutions and individuals specified in the law^[1].

In order to fulfil its preventive role in raising awareness, CTIF-CFI publishes on its website information, typologies, analysis, guidelines and indicators.

CTIF-CFI collects no personal data when you are surfing on the website www.ctif-cfi.be.

The following non-personal data is collected for statistical purposes and to improve the website content :

• The most frequently consulted webpages

The website of CTIF-CFI contains hyperlinks to websites and information sources managed by third parties.
